Introducing the new Kete Books team
The Coalition for Books is delighted to announce that writer, reviewer and WORD Festival Programme Director Kiran Dass is set to join Kete Books as Editor in Chief and will take up the role in September.
In the meantime, keep an eye out for a series of articles from Kiran covering the Aotearoa New Zealand books she’s reading, bookish events, awards and other literary goings on she’s involved with.

We’re also excited to announce that writer and reviewer Erica Stretton, fresh from running National Poetry Day, has taken some time out from her own writing to take on the Kete Editor role until September. Erica says she is enjoying the challenge of bringing forward and uplifting books from Aotearoa, and planning news and features for the next few months on Kete.
