We are seeking LGBTQIA+ creatives and community members with a love of books and queer writing (embracing all genres, mediums, and platforms) to join the SSBD Board and contribute to the ongoing creative and administrative development of the festival and its place in our diverse community. 

In particular, we are seeking people with experience and practical skills in finance, digital and computer software, and grant application writing. We are also looking for people willing to help curate the only LGBTQIA+ literary festival in Australasia and have a commitment to uplifting LGBTQIA+ voices and promoting new and established writing talent.
